It is also close to a pub, making it convenient for meals and entertainment. the cottage itself has a warm and cosy atmosphere, with aged oak stairs adding charm.
The stairs in the cottage are steep and without a handrail on the second flight, which can be problematic for people with mobility issues.

Had a romantic escape at this cottage. The bed and sofa were really comfy, perfect for cuddling up and relaxing. The cottage had a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, with lovely beam work and ample ceiling height. Location was great, within walking distance of the village center and the stunning bridge over the River Severn. Kitchen was of good standard, and we loved the excellent drinking water.
Bathroom arrangements were not ideal, with the WC and basin on the 1st floor and the bath on the 2nd floor. The steep stairs without a handrail could be problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and the river. The cottage itself was warm, cosy, and full of character. The oak stairs added a lovely touch, and the first-floor bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed watching TV in the sitting room, which was equipped with a large screen. The owner's love for pets was evident throughout our stay.
Although there were some drawbacks, such as steep stairs and no handrail on the second flight, it didn't affect our overall experience too much. Additionally, the flush function on the WC had a slight issue, but it wasn't a significant inconvenience.

The location of the cottage is great, as it is close to the Severn Valley Railway and just a short walk away from the beautiful bridge over the River Severn. the cottage itself is a gorgeous Georgian house, with comfortable beds and a cozy sofa. Despite its age, the cottage has ample ceiling height, so even tall individuals won't have to worry about banging their heads. the kitchen is of a really good standard, and it even provides excellent drinking water.
The stairs in the cottage didn't feel safe and secure, as there was only one rope banister on the bottom set, despite there being a second set of stairs leading to the bathroom. due to the single glazed windows, there was more road noise than expected, especially as the cottage is facing a pub.

I had a great experience staying at a charming Georgian cottage in a fantastic location. The cottage was warm and cosy, with lovely old oak stairs adding character. The first floor bedroom was spacious, and the second floor bedroom, although smaller, was still a decent size. I particularly enjoyed watching TV in the sitting room and the convenience of having a pub just across the road. The owner was clearly a pet lover, which was a bonus for me.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming Georgian cottage in Bewdley. the location was excellent, as we were just a short walk away from the town center and the beautiful River Severn. the cottage itself was warm, cosy, and full of character. We loved the old oak stairs and the period features that gave the place a unique charm. the first-floor bedroom was spacious, and even though the second-floor bedroom was slightly smaller, it was still a decent size. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed relaxing in the cottage, either watching TV or popping over to the pub across the road for a delicious meal. And as pet lovers, we appreciated that the owner clearly welcomed furry friends.
